Our primary offerings include Loans Consultation (personal loans, mortgages, auto loans, student loans, business financing), Loan Refinancing (mortgage refinancing, student loan refinancing, debt consolidation refinancing, auto loan refinancing), Investment Management (retirement account management, brokerage services, portfolio construction, 401(k) rollovers, IRA establishment, education savings plans, trust administration), and Insurance Consultation (life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, health insurance navigation, property/casualty insurance, umbrella liability). Additionally, we offer complementary services including tax-efficient withdrawal sequencing, Social Security optimization analysis, estate planning coordination, budgeting assistance, and credit score improvement strategies. All services are delivered by certified professionals operating under strict fiduciary standards.

How do I qualify for your loan consultation services?

Qualification criteria vary depending on the specific loan product you're seeking, but generally include being at least 18 years old (or 19 in some states), possessing valid U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status, having a verifiable steady income (employment, self-employment, documented benefits, or investment income), maintaining a minimum credit score (typically 580+ for most products though options exist for lower scores), and demonstrating debt-to-income ratios within acceptable thresholds. During your free consultation, our specialists will review your specific situation holistically—even individuals with challenged credit histories may qualify through our alternative lending network or credit-building programs. We never turn anyone away without exploring every available avenue first.

Are your financial advisors certified and regulated?

Absolutely. Every advisor representing Wealth Central Hub holds relevant professional certifications appropriate to their discipline. Our investment advisors hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent) from FINRA, many carry Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations, and several possess additional specializations like Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) or Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) credentials. Our insurance consultants hold state-specific producer licenses and many carry CLU, ChFC, or CFP designations. Our loan officers hold NMLS registration and state lending licenses where required. We maintain registrations with the SEC, FINRA, state insurance departments, and state banking regulators as applicable. Documentation verifying credentials is available upon request and provided proactively before commencing any engagement.

How much do your services cost?

We operate with complete pricing transparency—no hidden fees, surprise charges, or bait-and-switch tactics ever. Our service packages range from $199 (Essential Plan) to $1,499 (Executive Plan) depending on scope and duration of engagement. Loan consultations and refinancing services typically involve no direct fees to clients—we receive compensation from lenders upon successful loan origination, which we fully disclose upfront. Investment management services follow either flat-fee structures (typically 0.8%-1.5% of assets under management annually) or commission-based arrangements depending on the specific products recommended. Insurance consultations may involve modest consultation fees or commission sharing with carriers—again, disclosed transparently before proceeding. During your initial consultation, we provide a complete cost breakdown so you can make informed decisions without financial surprises.

Is my personal and financial information secure?

Data security represents our highest operational priority. We employ bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, maintain multi-factor authentication options including biometric verification via mobile devices, conduct regular third-party penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, operate SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure, and adhere strictly to Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) requirements governing financial institutions. Our employees undergo extensive background checks and receive mandatory annual privacy training. We never sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes, retain data only as long as legally required or operationally necessary, and provide full transparency regarding data handling practices in our comprehensive Privacy Policy. You control what information you share and with whom—we simply facilitate connections between you and vetted financial institutions.

Do you serve clients outside of Nebraska?

Yes! While our headquarters is located in Fremont, Nebraska, Wealth Central Hub proudly serves clients throughout the United States via our robust digital platform and nationwide partner networks. Our primary service region includes Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, and surrounding states. For investment management and insurance services, we can serve clients in all 50 states subject to applicable licensing requirements. For loan consultation and refinancing services, we've established relationships with lenders operating nationally, enabling us to assist clients virtually anywhere. If you're located outside our primary service area, please contact us directly—we can often accommodate remote consultations via video conference, phone, and secure document exchange platforms.

What happens after I submit the booking form?

Once you submit your consultation request form, here's exactly what happens next: Within 24 business hours (often much sooner), a member of our Client Success Team will reach out via your preferred contact method to confirm receipt and gather any preliminary clarifying details. You'll then receive a calendar invitation for your complimentary initial consultation, which can be conducted via phone, video conference, or in-person at one of our office locations. Before the meeting, we'll send a secure document upload link so you can share relevant financial statements, credit reports, or other materials you'd like reviewed. During the consultation itself, your assigned advisor will conduct a thorough discovery discussion, answer immediate questions, outline potential strategies, and recommend the optimal service package for your situation. There's never any pressure to commit—you control the pace entirely.

Can you help me if I have bad credit or significant debt problems?

Yes—assisting clients facing credit challenges or overwhelming debt represents a core competency of our practice. For individuals with suboptimal credit scores, we offer credit counseling services including dispute resolution assistance for inaccurate negative items, strategic utilization reduction guidance, authorized user tradeline suggestions, and secured credit builder product recommendations. Many clients observe meaningful score improvements within 6-12 months following our programs. For those struggling with unmanageable debt loads, we can explore debt management plans (consolidating multiple payments into one affordable monthly obligation), debt settlement negotiation (working with creditors to reduce balances owed), bankruptcy alternatives evaluation, and budget restructuring assistance. We never judge anyone's past financial decisions—our focus is entirely forward-looking, helping you build a stronger financial foundation regardless of starting point. Please don't let embarrassment prevent you from reaching out; we've helped thousands of people in similar situations rebuild their financial lives.
